Abstract

Environmental issues have become a notably prevalent concern for the governments, societies and business organizations. With the environmental problems such as global warming depletion, solid waste and air pollution, business organization are considered to be the most of the environmental problems. Trends of Green supply chain management (GSCM) are making awareness in industry. Thus, through this studies, organization and industry can adapt and identify the critical success factor for green supply chain management in the firm (GSCM). This research paper are focusing on green supply chain management, supplier development, supplier evaluation, customer and consumer focus and also green purchasing. Research objective of this paper is to investigate the relationship of supplier development, supplier evaluation, customer and consumer focus and also green purchasing in identification of the critical success factor for green supply chain management. Meanwhile, the significance study of this research paper is to identify whether Lee Biscuits Pte Ltd recognize the critical success factor of green supply chain management and whether Lee Biscuits Pte Ltd have the critical success factor of green supply chain management in the organization. Data was collected through qualitative method in Lee Biscuits Pte. Ltd.
