Abstract

In today's world, communication is an important component of organizational activities and also the key to teamwork within the organization and it is capable of establishing formal and informal relations between all members of the organization either between staff or staff and management level (top level hierarchy). Communication is often a problem in the organization. Many researchers are keen to learn about human behaviour in the organization, but most of them ignore the elements of communication as one of the most important aspects of their studies. We also need to examine the extent to which individual communication has been used in the organization and what form of communication is effective so that all information can be disseminated quickly and accurately. In addition, the chosen communication method affects messages that you want to send, if not carefully selected. The objective of this study is to examine the level of communication used in the company and to identify the effective means of communication viewed by employees. Data collected from employees of Continental Tyre PJ Sdn. Data for this study were collected through questionnaires with sample population of 107 respondents. The data were analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS). The findings found the highest level of communication used in Continental Tyre Pj Sdn. Bhd is a non-verbal communication. The study also found effective methods seen by employees of Continental Tyre PJ Sdn. Bhd in face-to-face communication. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that nonverbal movements, facial expressions, body positions, and even clothing can send messages. People are more likely to focus more when you speak or give directions especially at work.
